Ingredients: Siberian Fir Needle Oil (Abies sibirica). Natural product, obtained by steam distillation.

How to use: From 5 to 15 drops on a teaspoon of juice or honey once a day. Shake before use each time. Maximum daily dose 15 drops (1.5 ml) of Siberian Fir Oil. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose for consumption during the day.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place. Refrigerate after opening, consume within three months of opening. Store out of reach of small children.

Contradictions: Do not use in people allergic to Siberian Fir Oil. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
