Ingredients - in a daily dose of 3 capsules: magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid) - 270 mg (72%)*, capsule shell: HPMC (organic cellulose derivative), anti-caking agent: VEGESIL® - silicon dioxide of plant origin (from rice), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2.1 mg (150%)*

*Reference intake for an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal)

 

Recommended dose: 3 capsules a day, with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot substitute for a varied diet. The package contains 30 suggested servings of 3 capsules each.
