Sea buckthorn – cold-pressed sea buckthorn fruit oil, including carotenoids. Dietary supplement.

Ingredients: Sea buckthorn fruit oil Hippophae rhamnoides L., including carotenoids. 

Vitamin A (Carotenoids in terms of retinol equivalent-RE**): 15,000 µg (1875% RWS*) (180 mg carotenoids) / 352.5 µg (44% RWS*) (4.2 mg carotenoids)

RE**– retinol equivalent, 1 µg RE corresponds to 1µg retinol, 6 µg β-carotene and 12 µg other forms of provitamin A (other forms of carotenoids)
RWS*– Reference intake value for an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal)

How to use:
From 15 to 30 drops on a teaspoon of juice or honey, once a day. The maximum daily dose of 30 drops (2.5 ml) of sea buckthorn oil contains 4.2 mg of carotenoids, 0.69 g of palmitoleic acid and 0.34 g of oleic acid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Shake before each use. Natural sediment.

Contradictions:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Storage:
Store in a dry and dark place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within three months of opening. Store out of reach of small children.
