INGREDIENTS:
Cold-pressed hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa L.), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol). High content of polyunsaturated fats.

100 g of oil contains 55 g of linoleic acid and 16 g of alpha-linolenic acid.

HOW TO USE:
1 teaspoon (5 ml) once a day. Eat only cold. A daily dose of 5 ml contains 3.6 mg of vitamin E (30% RWS*), 2.55 g of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 0.74 g of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Shake before each use. Sediment of natural origin.
